Sponsorships are critical to Black Poly Pride’s success. As the first conference of its kind, Black Poly Pride attendees are overwhelmingly members of marginalized communities. Our inaugural event was 95% Black and people of color, 75% LGBTQIA. 

 

The median socioeconomic status is lower to middle class and the ages of our attendees range from early 20’s to late 40’s. It is an unfortunate fact that our communities severely lack safe spaces to discuss and celebrate their lovestyle.
